Thought that 'Aussie bin chicken steals chips' clip was staged, then my cousin in Ipswich sent me his own footage
I rolled my eyes hard at that ibis video everyone was sharing last month, the one where the bird walks into a fish and chip shop at Coogee and just takes a whole serve off a bloke's table. Seemed too clean, you know? Then my cousin texted me a clip from his phone, 14 seconds of the exact same thing happening at a park in Ipswich while his kid screamed laughing in the background. Honestly the bird waited by the bench like it had done this a hundred times. Now I want to know if ibis around the country are all this bold or if it's just a coastal thing.

Honestly my mate in Byron watched a bin chicken snatch a whole sausage roll right off a picnic table.
