My car hauler got stuck in Fargo for 3 days and I almost lost my mind
I booked a transport for my Civic from Seattle to Minneapolis back in March and the driver called me from Fargo saying the roads were iced over and he couldn't move for 3 days. I was watching the tracking app refresh every hour like it would change anything, and my car sat on that trailer in a truck stop lot the whole time. When it finally showed up the battery was dead from the cold, which added another 90 bucks to the whole thing. Has anyone else had a carrier just park your car somewhere for days during a winter run? Do you tip the driver after something like that or no?
