Spent $90 on a thermal imaging camera for avionics work, worth it on the first capacitor hunt

I picked up a budget thermal cam after a sagging 28V bus in a Cessna 182 drove me nuts for two days, and it found the hot solder joint in under ten minutes, has anyone else found these things pay for themselves on intermittent faults?
