Hit 50 bad movies watched with my crew since January and the last pick broke our streak
Honestly I didn't even notice the number until my buddy added up our list on a napkin at his place in Portland last Friday. We started in January with a goal of one bad movie a week and somehow we got to 50 by early December, mostly because we kept doubling up on weekends. The weird part is number 50 was supposed to be a big joke pick, a 1991 movie about a killer treadmill that we found at a garage sale for $2. It was so boring we turned it off after 20 minutes, which had never happened before. Now we argue about whether a boring bad movie even counts or if it has to be funny bad. How do you all decide when a movie is too dull to keep going, and does it still get a spot on the list if you quit early?
Does a movie you shut off after 20 minutes even count? My rule is if it doesn't make me laugh or keep me awake, it's just a chore and chores don't go on the list. Quit early and toss it, that treadmill flick sounds like it earned its spot in the trash.
