Burned $260 on a cheap offset smoker and it warped on the second brisket
The firebox lid on that thing bent so bad during an 11 hour cook in Dallas that I couldn't get it to seal, and my temps swung 75 degrees all night. Save your money and put it toward a thicker gauge rig, or at least test the lid before you walk out of the store. What's the cheapest smoker you guys have actually had hold steady for a full packer?
