A stranger at my FLGS told me I roll dice too aggressively and now I use a tray

He said my dice were denting the table at the shop in Austin last Friday, so I bought a $12 felt tray and honestly my crits feel way more deliberate now, has anyone else had their whole rolling style rewritten by a random comment?

Heard somewhere that dice trays actually cut down on lost dice too, so that comment might've saved you some money.
