Blew $65 on a wood organizer insert and it doesn't even fit my copy

I ordered a custom foam insert for my copy of Brass: Birmingham from a shop in Portland and it showed up 3 weeks later. The coin slots are too shallow so the lid won't sit flat, and the card wells are cut about 4mm too narrow for sleeved cards. That's $65 plus shipping I'm not getting back since they don't do returns on custom cuts. I'm now cutting my own foam with a box knife and it's going fine, which just makes me madder. Does anyone know a seller who posts real measurements before you order?
