Our board meeting hit 2 hours 40 minutes and I think that number says everything
I started timing our Bothell Community Board meetings with my phone back in April, and the one on Tuesday ran 2 hours 40 minutes with 11 people in the room. I think we should cap speakers at 3 minutes and move the rest to email, because half the room was just nodding by the end. But a couple folks say cutting people off is rude and the open mic is the whole point of a community board. Where do you all land on this, should we vote on a time limit at the next meeting or leave it alone?
