The Farmers Market at 5:30am is a totally different world

I used to go to the Bothell farmers market at 9am and thought it was dead, but last Saturday I showed up at opening for a specific honey vendor and it was packed with growers trading tips and a totally different energy. Has anyone else found the early crowd actually changes what you buy or who you talk to?

Early birds at a farmers market are just people who woke up before their alarm out of habit. The honey vendor was probably still setting up and half asleep like everyone else. You bought honey, which is the same honey you'd buy at 9am. The only real difference is you got home before the sun had a chance to make you sweat through your shirt.
