Warning: dropped $75 on a booth at the Bothell community fair and sold almost nothing
Signed up for a table at the community board's spring fair on Main Street back in April, paid the $75 vendor fee plus about $40 in supplies for my handmade candles. Figured foot traffic would be decent since it's a board event, but maybe 30 people walked through in 6 hours and most were just there for the free hot dogs. The board never posted the vendor list or promoted it anywhere except one flyer at the library, so nobody knew we were there. Has anyone else had a bad run with a board event, or did I just pick the wrong one?
