Caught a brand using fake tweets in their apology graphic
A skincare company in Portland tried to show community support by screenshotting tweets that were clearly made up, timestamps didn't match and the usernames were all from one account. I zoomed in on the phone and spotted it in about 30 seconds, so I called them out in the replies. Anyone else see brands pull this kind of stunt when they're trying to save face?

Good catch calling them out though. Faking tweets is SO lazy, like they could've just asked real customers for feedback instead of making stuff up. That level of dishonesty makes me not trust anything else they say either.
