Kellogg's promised free cereal for a year, General Mills just said sorry, one of these worked
Two brands had meltdowns last month over a messed up online promo code. One company never fixed the code and just kept tweeting about "supply chain stuff" until people gave up. The other one dropped a 40 second video from a real employee in Battle Creek saying they messed up and here is 3 months free. My sister got her box in 5 days from the second brand, my buddy is still waiting on an email from the first. Why do so many companies think a wall of text beats one person looking at the camera saying sorry?
