Frozen veggie bags beat fresh for my meal prep this month
Tbh I used to always grab fresh broccoli and peppers for my weekly prep, but after two straight weeks of them going slimy by day 3, I tried the $1.29 frozen bags instead. They cook up way faster in my stir fry and last forever, has anyone else ditched fresh for frozen on a tight budget?

Three bags in and I finally admitted to myself I was just paying extra to watch lettuce rot in my crisper drawer. Frozen spinach and mixed veg have saved my meal prep from becoming a science experiment in regret. Honestly, the only thing that goes bad faster than fresh produce is my willpower to actually cook it on a Tuesday night.
