Overheard a coworker call my layout extra and honestly?

Last Tuesday in the break room, this girl from accounting saw my weekly spread with all the color coded boxes and said 'that's a lot of extra work for a list.' I didn't even defend it, just shrugged. But now I'm second guessing if my 4 pm time tracker is actually helping or just making me feel busy, has anyone else hit that point?
