Rant: All those trackers in my bullet journal just stressed me out
I mean, everyone says you should log every habit and mood, but it felt like homework. I figured out that only noting down three big things per day keeps me on track without the pressure.
When we set up our tracking system, logging every little thing was a nightmare. I mean, it felt like we spent more time documenting than actually getting work done. But yeah, narrowing it down to three core metrics changed everything for us. For example, we focused on completion rate, feedback cycles, and blocker resolution. Idk, maybe it's just me, but that shift made the data actually useful instead of just busywork. So I get why you'd say three things make sense. It's all about quality over quantity.
