Why does nobody talk about how a 5 minute brain dump ruins your whole week if you do it wrong
Every bujo guide says do a brain dump first thing Monday but nobody warns you to sort it before you write it down, so I filled 3 pages last week and just stared at it. Now I dump on scrap paper in the kitchen, circle only what has a date, then copy just those over. Does anyone else sort before it hits the journal or am I overthinking this?
