I finally understood why they say never trust a cat near your cable spool.
Was setting up a new drop in a living room, had the spool on the floor. Customer's cat decided it was a toy and sent it rolling down the hall. Fifty feet of coaxial unspooled in seconds, wrapped around every chair leg. Took me an hour to untangle the mess, and the cat just watched from the sofa.

That sounds like a total nightmare. Cats have a talent for creating cable chaos. Mine did the same with ethernet last week.

Totally get the ethernet chaos, jana. My friend's cat somehow found the one spot where all her work cables met behind the desk. I mean, this kitten chewed through her laptop charger and then, like @troy232's monster, went for the headphones the next day. It was a full week of her trying to work with everything taped up. Idk what's in the coating but they go nuts for it.
