DAE reconsider their whole view on camp stoves after seeing a $20 canister boil 2 cups in 2 minutes flat?
I used to be a die hard white gas guy. Thought canisters were for car campers and weekend warriors. Then my buddy pulled out his tiny pocket rocket on a trip outside Flagstaff last month. I timed it. Two cups of water, rolling boil, 2 minutes 10 seconds. My old pump stove takes almost 5 minutes and weighs three times as much. That number just sat with me. Picked up a canister stove the next week and haven't touched the old one since. Anybody else make this switch or am I late to the party?
