Got into it with my cousin over a TikTok apology at a BBQ in Waco, and I'm still not sure who was right
My cousin kept defending this makeup influencer who posted a 4 minute apology video after some old tweets came out, and I said 4 minutes of crying doesn't fix 2009. We went back and forth at the picnic table for 20 minutes until his wife told us to drop it. The video got 1.2 million views in a day and I still think people are rewarding the wrong thing. Am I crazy for thinking a real apology should come before the tears and the ring light?
