Mall security guard canceled a guy for saying 'bless you' to a sneeze

So I'm at the food court last Tuesday and this older dude sneezes, the cashier says bless you, and he says thanks. Some teen films it, captions it 'creep energy' and by Thursday his face is all over Reddit with 2k comments calling him a predator. The guy literally just said thanks. Since when is basic manners a cancelable offense? We're so deep in reading intent from 3 seconds of footage that we've lost the plot. Has anyone else seen a completely innocent interaction get shredded this week?

Stop making a mountain out of a sneeze. A kid with a phone and too much time turned a normal moment into a witch hunt. That cashier was just being polite, and the old guy handled it fine. We're all one bad edit away from being the villain of the week. People need to log off and get a hobby.
