Overheard a zoom call where a PR team planned a fake apology
My buddy works at a PR firm and told me they have a whole template for 'accountability statements' that they recycle for different clients, makes me wonder how many of these cancellations are just manufactured drama.

My neighbor's church just recycled the same apology statement three different pastors used.
