Paid $300 for a PR apology course that taught me nothing, my refund request got ignored for weeks
The only useful tip was to wait 72 hours before posting anything, but I could've figured that out from the comments section, has anyone else gotten scammed by those cancel-proofing courses that promise to fix your reputation overnight?

Did the course at least promise a money-back guarantee that actually works? I paid $200 for one that taught me to apologize in “three easy steps,” which turned out to be just saying sorry three times, so I feel your pain. Guess we both paid for the privilege of learning that common sense isn’t something you can buy.
