That warehouse in Newark changed my whole cut method
Got called out to a huge office remodel off Route 21 and the existing seams were all curling because the previous guy stretched too tight on the pad seams. Had to rip up nearly 400 feet of broadloom and redo it in two days. Now I always walk the subfloor seams before any carpet goes down, even in new builds. Anyone else set a firm rule after a repair job that shouldve been a slam dunk?
