Bought a $30 used scanner, turns out it caught my landlord's lie
Rental inspection claimed I damaged the carpet. Pulled up my receipt and the old scan showed the stain was there in move-in photos. Landlord went silent real fast. Anyone else keep digital proof of everything now?
