My roommate's 'I never touch your stuff' text got destroyed by one screenshot

Thursday night I noticed my good chef's knife was greasy and had crumbs stuck to it. I left it clean on the drying rack, no question. Sent him a pic asking if he used it. He texted back "nah i never touch your stuff bro" with a mad emoji. Then I checked my watch history from the kitchen cam I set up for package thieves. He used it at 9:14pm, wiped it on his shirt, and put it back. Sent him that timestamp clip. He went silent for 20 minutes then said "ok you got me, but I was making tacos." Has anyone else caught a housemate in a lie over something this small?
