Am I the only one who checked both of Ariana Grande's apology notes word by word?

When Ariana posted that notes app apology in 2019 after the tattoo mess, she put up a shorter edited version about a day later and I sat there comparing both on my phone at 11pm. The second one had dropped the word "sorry" entirely and swapped in a whole different opening line, which felt like a weird choice for an apology. Did anyone else catch that the edit made it read more like an explanation than an apology, or am I reading way too much into it?
