Pro tip: I hit 20 minutes on my ticket times at Ruby's Diner in Reno, and the trick was so simple I laughed
For 6 weeks our dinner rush tickets were stuck at 28 minutes until I moved the salad station 4 feet closer to the grill and dropped it to 20, and now I'm wondering if any of you have found one small layout change that beat a whole new hire.
