A customer in Omaha asked why I brush from the top down, and I couldn't give her a real answer
She was a retired firefighter and pointed out that soot falls, so starting at the top just pushes it back onto what I already cleaned. Been doing it bottom up since last Tuesday and my brushes are lasting longer, anyone else switch after a random question like that?
