Watched an old timer hand-file a fixture plate and it stopped me mid-setup
He was a retired mold maker helping out at a job shop near Dayton, and instead of grabbing a new tool he spent 20 minutes with a file fixing a burr on a 30 year old fixture, told me 'machines just repeat your mistakes faster,' and I still think about that every time I chase a tenth.
