My CSS grid fell apart on mobile and it took me 2 days to spot the typo

Last Tuesday I was building a simple photo card layout for my first portfolio site. Everything looked fine on desktop, but on my phone the cards stacked sideways and overflowed the screen. I spent hours checking media queries and padding, then I noticed I wrote "grid-template-columns: repeat(auto-fit, minmax(200px, 1fr))" but forgot the comma between 200px and 1fr. One missing comma broke the whole responsive breakpoint. Has anyone else had a single character wreck their layout for longer than they want to admit?
