Finally stopped using spreadsheets for job costing after 3 years
Started using Buildertrend in April for a 12-unit apartment job and I can actually see where every dollar goes now. Used to spend 2 hours every Friday matching receipts to line items in Excel. Now I just snap a photo of the receipt on site and it tags to the right cost code automatically. Has anyone else switched and found their profit margins got clearer?

Yeah I read somewhere that app handles bigger projects surprisingly well.

That 12-unit thing actually got me to try it, I used to think this app was just for tiny stuff but I was wrong.
