Two weeks ago at a job site in Mesa, my guys hit a beam pocket that didn't line up with the drawings, so I fired off an RFI through the app and waited. Nobody touched it for 11 days, the framers stood around burning hours, and the super kept saying he never got the alert even though I could see it sitting in his queue. I ended up printing the whole thread and hand delivering it to his trailer, and the fix went in the next morning. So here's the fight I want to have: is this a software problem where alerts get buried, or is it just a people problem? What's your rule for how long an RFI sits before you pick up the phone?
