More stylists are taking bookings through social media now

It saves time on phone calls. My salon started doing it and we get fewer no-shows.

Has your salon tried sending reminder DMs the day before? We did that and it pretty much fixed our no-show problem.

Wait, did DMs really work that well for you too?
