Can we talk about how much smoother site work gets after 2,000 hours
Honestly, I ran a tower crane in Charlotte for 5 years and the first 18 months were constant panic on every pick, but after hitting 2,000 hours I stopped second guessing my swing speeds and now I can set a load within 2 inches on the first try, has anyone else felt that exact shift?

Man, that 2,000 hour mark is like a switch flipping for real!
Did you find that your hand just kinda knows where the load is gonna go before the crane even moves, or was it more about reading the wind and the rigging better?
I’m curious if that shift was mostly mental for you too, or if your body just started doing the work without thinking.
