Serious question, anyone else had a load start swinging on a windy day in Lubbock?
I was setting a 4,000 lb HVAC unit on a 5 story building off Avenue Q when a gust hit and the load started drifting toward the crew, so I dumped the hoist slow and rode it down, and now I want to know if you guys have a wind speed number where you just shut it down instead of trying to fight it.
