My roommate found it on an old hard drive in his mom's garage in Ohio and uploaded it without asking me first, and I have been getting roasted in the group chat for 4 days. What is the worst thing a friend has ever dug up and posted of you?

Tbh the move here is to lean into it instead of fighting it. Post a follow up video of you doing the exact same dance now in the same outfit if you can find it, and tag your roommate. People love when you can laugh at yourself, and the roasting stops being fun for them once you join in. Also make him buy you dinner for a month, that's just fair.
