Passed 50 walkthroughs without a punch list, but the 51st humbled me

I do custom builds in the Raleigh area and hit my 50th final walkthrough with zero client complaints. Felt great until the next one, couple weeks ago, where the homeowner spotted a crack in the garage floor slab that I swore was just a hairline control joint. My guys stained it to match, but it cost me 600 bucks in rework and two days of schedule. Everyone says consistency is the goal, but that milestone made me sloppy on the little details. Anyone else find that hitting a streak makes you miss the next obvious thing?
