Used to sketch floor plans on graph paper, now it's all 3D software and I kind of miss it

Honestly, 10 years ago I drew every custom layout by hand with a 0.5mm mechanical pencil, took me a whole weekend for a 2,400 sq ft ranch. Last week I modeled the same house in 45 minutes using a free app on my laptop, but I still triple-check measurements with my old tape measure because the software glitched on my last client's stairwell. Anybody else find that digital tools just add a new failure point instead of removing the old ones?
