Why does nobody talk about sewer line cleanouts before selling?
I looked at a house in Park Hill last week and the seller had no cleanout tee on the main line, just a cap buried under 2 feet of dirt. My plumber buddy and I dug it out just to check the slope and found roots already creeping in at the joint. Is it normal for Denver realtors to skip this inspection, or am I just being picky about what should be standard?
