My $35 cheap drill press died after 4 months, what should I get now?

Picked up a no-name bench drill press from an auction site in March, used it maybe 10 times for shelf brackets and picture frames, and the chuck wobbles like crazy now. I'm thinking of spending around $120 on something from a real brand, but is there a specific model that lasts for weekend projects like mine?
