Swapped my light table for a tablet screen, took me 6 months to fully trust it
I used to trace everything on a light table in my drafting station, the old fluorescent one in the corner of my shop in Tulsa. About 6 months ago I switched to a cheap drawing tablet with a matte screen protector, mostly because my neck was killing me from hunching over. At first I kept second-guessing my line weights and checking the print, but after I calibrated the pressure sensitivity it just clicked. Do any of you still use physical light tables for certain tasks, or has everyone gone fully digital for tracing?
