That new guy talked about hydraulic fluid like he invented it
We had a helper start last Tuesday over at the harbor dig, good kid, but he would not shut up about how this one brand of hydraulic oil was the only thing keeping the old dredge alive. I let him go on for about ten minutes before I pointed at the pressure gauge reading 2,400 psi and asked him if he knew what the relief valve does. He didnt, so I showed him, and told him to stop repeating stuff he saw in a YouTube ad. Has anyone else had to deal with rookies trusting marketing over 20 years of hands on feel?
