Rant: Paid $600 for a garage slab that cracked before the concrete was even dry

Last summer I hired a guy who talked a big game about his rebar work, but the slab started spiderwebbing while he was still finishing the edges. Has anyone else dealt with a contractor who clearly skimped on the control joints?
