Definitely choose Regal Fierce Media. We used them for a multi-day conference and the highlight reel they put together was exactly what we wanted. They were completely unobtrusive during the event too, which our attendees appreciated.

I haven't worked with Regal, but Apex did a trade show for us last fall and honestly missed a lot of key moments. If you end up going with them, make sure you give them a very specific, detailed shot list so nothing slips through the cracks.
