Serious question, I spent two years hating my smart speaker because it kept getting things wrong.

I bought a Nest Audio back in 2021 and it would constantly mess up timers or play the wrong music. The tipping point was last Tuesday when I asked for the weather and it started reading a recipe for chili. I finally looked up a review from a guy in Seattle who said you have to place it at least three feet from any wall and away from other electronics. I moved mine from my crowded kitchen counter to a stand in the living room, and now it hears me perfectly. How many other gadgets have simple fixes that the instructions just don't tell you about?

Of course it needs space, you basically had it living in a closet.

See this everywhere with stuff, not just plants. People shove a big air fryer on a tiny counter and wonder why it feels chaotic, or try to work from a laptop balanced on their knees. We just don't give things the room they need to actually work right, then get surprised when they fail.

Forget about stuff for a second and look at your own schedule. We cram our days so full there's no room to breathe, then wonder why we're burned out. It's the same basic mistake, just with time instead of counter space.
