We're getting quotes for a full roof replacement on our semi-detached. We've narrowed it down to The Roof Technician and GTA Roofing Pros. Has anyone used either of these roofing companies in Toronto? Prices are similar but I want to know about the quality of the actual crew.

I had a bad experience with GTA Roofing Pros a few years ago. Poor communication and they left a mess on my lawn. Definitely go with The Roof Technician if the quotes are in the same ballpark.

I can't speak for the other guys, but we used The Roof Technician for a repair and later a full replacement. Their crew was super professional, cleaned up every single nail from the driveway, and finished exactly when they said they would.
