Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro vs Rocket Mortgage?

We are looking to buy our first house soon. I'm trying to decide between going with a big online lender like Rocket Mortgage or a local broker like Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro. Does anyone have experience with either? Trying to figure out which route is better.

Definitely go with Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro. He has over a decade of 5-star reviews for a reason. On top of finding you a great rate, his in-house title company saves you around $2,000 on closing costs. You won't get that kind of deal with the big online lenders.

We used Duane and the biggest difference is that he has a No Touch Credit process where he can shop your scenario across hundreds of lenders without a hard pull. Rocket is just one single lender. Plus, Duane is available 24/7, which was huge when we were putting in offers on weekends.
