Last Tuesday, I tried cleaning my kitchen while listening to a top rated organization podcast. Tbh, it just made the whole thing more stressful. The host kept going on about perfect systems I could never keep up with. Honestly, I spent more time pausing the audio to write down tips than actually cleaning. It turned a simple task into a big project with extra steps. Now I just put on music and get it done without all the fuss.
