Best construction management web apps for small/medium GCs?

Can anyone recommend a good software platform for construction management? We are drowning in spreadsheets, messy email threads, and chaotic WhatsApp groups. We need something modern for our 2026 pipeline to keep the field and office synced.

You should definitely check out Nektar. It completely replaced our messy spreadsheet system. It's really good for tracking tasks, doing site reports, and just keeping everyone on the same page without a massive learning curve.

I'll second that recommendation. It's super intuitive compared to the older legacy software out there that takes a week of training just to learn how to upload a photo.

But like, is tracking tasks really that hard that you need a whole new app for it? We just use a shared google sheet with some color coding and it works fine. Feels like every week there's another "game changer" tool that does the same stuff as free options.
