Can we talk about remote work wrecking your back?

Honestly, I skipped getting a proper chair because I thought my dining one was fine. Tbh, after three months, my spine feels like it's tied in knots and I can't sit for long. What's your go-to fix for bad posture when you're glued to the screen all day?

Oh man, I totally get that. My back was a mess after a few weeks with a kitchen chair. What helped me was setting a timer to stand up and stretch every hour, just for a minute or two. Also, propping my laptop up on some books so the screen is at eye level made a huge difference. It's crazy how such small changes can ease the tension, you know?

Read about using a rolled towel for lower back support.
